Firstly, it's important to note that the Reli Light Cam Battery D1 is compatible exclusively with a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. If you're currently using a 5GHz network, this could be the reason why the camera isn't connecting.
If your network is indeed on the 2.4GHz frequency and you're still facing connectivity issues, the Wi-Fi signal strength might be a factor to consider. A weak signal or considerable distance from the router can affect the connection. Restarting your router might help in such cases.
To further diagnose and resolve your problem, could you please provide the following details to service@reliup.com:
1. The SN number (This is located on the package in a white sticker)
2. Your smartphone's version and the system version (For example, Samsung S23 with Android 14)
3. The router version (For example, TP-Link AC1750)Thank you for your support.

Hi , I ve got issues for establishing the connection with my network : i try different 2.4 Ghz wifi networks I have @ home : none passed the connecting step 😢 here are the caracteristics:
